Inspired by beautiful materials and images from around the world, this set of paper ornaments includes a handmade Danish woven heart basket (that you can put your own special note or gift inside of), an origami medallion on a velvet ribbon, and a small hand-painted Tuscan scene with a tortoiseshell cat with a Dresden trim window frame. All the pieces feature Italian marbled art paper, Dresden paper trim from Germany, and vintage postage stamps (1969) from San Marino with images from Ambrosio Lorenzetti's 14th Century frescoes found in the town hall of Siena, "The Allegory of Good and Bad Government" (a timely artwork.)

Some details of the ornaments include a swan, trees, and musical notation. A delicate gift for someone who loves the romance of Italy, vintage stamps, handmade paper items, or early Renaissance art. Use them to adorn a tree or whatever space you choose.
